Scope and Changes of These Terms

These terms apply to all matters related to the use of services operated by MAGNUM for Mens Esthe ("the Company") and websites built and operated using systems provided by the Company (collectively, "the Service").

Changes and Acceptance of Terms

The Company may change these terms without prior consent from users, and users agree to such changes.
Changes will be announced by methods the Company deems appropriate.

Website Production and Management Fees

Production and management fees are paid in advance. Fees and service details may change at renewal. No refunds are provided for any reason. If payment is not made by the due date, services may be suspended or data may be deleted.

Production and Submitted Data

Website production is based on the written (digital) information submitted at application. Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted data. If submitted data contains errors (application details, phone numbers, shop names, inconsistent text, etc.), the Company will not correct them. Any corrections caused by user-side reasons are charged services.

Delivery and Handover

Delivery is usually completed within 3 business days, but may be delayed due to dependencies on third-party systems such as server contracts. The Company assumes no liability for any resulting damages. Delivery is considered complete when site system ID and password are provided.

Website Production and Management

Where a business notification confirmation is required under law, the Company only provides website production and management for shops that submit a copy of such confirmation. If the Company determines non-compliance or violation, managed sites may be removed without notice. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Damages Related to Operations

The Company assumes no liability for any damages, including sales decline or brand impact, caused by websites produced by the Company. Please perform careful checks at delivery. While we make every effort to prevent system issues, we are not liable for damages caused by server downtime or system errors.

Copyright

Please ensure that logos, names, and other materials submitted for website production do not infringe copyright or other rights. The Company assumes no liability for any such infringement.

Long-Term Plans (6 and 12 Months)

For long-term plans (6 months, 12 months, etc.), no refunds are provided even if the shop closes or switches to another service during the contract period. Please apply after confirming your operational plans.

Cancellation (Site Closure)

You may cancel (site closure / contract termination) at any time during the contract period.
No refund is provided for mid-term cancellation of long-term contracts (12-month / 6-month contracts).
If there are unpaid amounts, processing will begin only after settlement of outstanding fees.

Domain Ownership / External Transfer

For this service, ownership of domains acquired by the Company belongs to the Company. Ownership will not be abandoned or transferred for 90 days after acquisition.
Domains older than 90 days may be transferred to the customer; please request this at cancellation.
If the domain has less than 30 days before expiration, transfer will be handled after renewal. Renewal costs for extending domain validity are borne by the customer.

Exclusion of Antisocial Forces

Applications from organized crime groups, members, affiliates, corporate extortionists, or equivalent parties (collectively, "antisocial forces") are not accepted. By applying, users represent and warrant that they do not belong to any antisocial force and will not in the future.

If, after contract formation, a party is found to be related to antisocial forces or engaged in activities violating anti-violence laws, or engages in violent demands, unjust demands beyond legal liability, threatening behavior, or the use of violence in transactions, the Company may terminate the contract without prior notice. If such risks are judged to exist, the Company may record calls and conversations.

Prohibited Acts by Users

Users must not perform the following acts or similar acts when using the Company's service.

If a user violates the above and causes damage to the Company, the user shall bear restoration costs.

Other Notes

This service only provides a WEB content management system; content input is performed by users.
This service is a license to use the WEB content management system, not a server-space lease. No FTP account is provided. We do not support purchase of websites including the system, or purchase of content data (system-generated items) including design. Please apply with this understanding.
System content, images, flash, and design are provided at the same level as sample sites. Please confirm in advance. Whether a request exceeds service scope is determined by the Company.
Depending on the plan, Company ads may be displayed on parts of the site. Such ads may be changed or added without notice.
When posting people's images, please give full consideration to laws and privacy. The Company assumes no liability for any resulting damages.
