Please note the following points when using the system

To use MAGNUM for Mens Esthe, the following equipment/requirements are required. If these requirements are not met, some or all functions may be restricted. Please be aware.

  • Internet Connection

    MAGNUM for Mens Esthe operates via the internet (www), so an environment and device capable of internet connection are required.

    Internet connection environment and devices must be prepared by the customer.

  • PC or Laptop

    Because MAGNUM for Mens Esthe uses PC/laptop for browsing and data input, those devices and basic operation knowledge are required.

    We cannot answer questions about functions/operations of your PC or laptop. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Communication Means (Email/FAX etc.)

    For text communication with us (including data/images), internet-based methods such as email are generally used. There are no specific restrictions on email software/services, but you must be able to receive our emails and we must be able to receive yours.

    We cannot answer questions regarding functions/settings/usage of your email software or service. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Ability to use Japanese without difficulty

    Communication with our company (conversation and text) is generally conducted in Japanese. You must be able to communicate/read/write Japanese without difficulty.

    We currently do not support transactions in foreign languages.

  • Web Browser Requirement

    MAGNUM for Mens Esthe uses web browsers for basic operations. Available browsers are as follows.
