  • A. First, please submit the required details via the application form.
    We will send a quotation based on your application details.
    After your confirmation, production starts once payment is confirmed.

    Once the server is ready, we send ID information for admin login.
    While we work on design, please input text and image data.

    When design is complete, you can start operation immediately.

    * Option additions/changes are available even after completion.

  • Q. How long does delivery take?
  • A. Delivery is usually within 3 business days (about 3 days) after payment confirmation.
    * If urgent (nighttime or bank holidays), send a screenshot of your transfer slip/completion screen by email and we will proceed as payment confirmation.
  • Q. Can you create the header image (shop name image at top), and what is the cost?
  • A. Header image creation is included in design production at no extra cost.
    * Shop name images use standard fonts. Complex designs/figures (logo marks) are not included.
    * If you have assets, we can use them when applicable (not all assets are usable).
  • Q. Do you input content data for us?
  • A. Content updates and basic data input are handled by users.
    * Our system is rental-based. We provide admin panel and account info, and you can update content anytime.
  • Q. I want to use Twitter/Line on my website
  • A. Twitter widget embedding is supported.
    For Line, we can place a link. Please send the URL after site completion.
  • Q. Do you provide SEO?
  • A. We cover on-site SEO (search-engine-friendly structure), but for advanced off-site SEO (SNS/listing sites), we recommend external specialist agencies.
  • Q. I cannot find the site by shop name search (not ranking high).
  • A. A website does not appear in search just by being created. Search engines evaluate content quality; valuable sites are shown higher. "Value" means information many users need. Custom Domain Plan is a plan that lets you use a unique original address available only to your site, and even when switching from another provider, you can use the system without changing your address *1 (supported domains: com, net, org, biz, info, jp). *2

If acquiring a new domain, we handle all complicated domain settings on your behalf. If you wish to transfer to another provider, we will transfer the acquired custom domain to you.
