About Site URL
After applying this service, the URL protocol changes from "http://" to "https://".
The part after http:// does not change. Only http becomes https. Existing URLs are automatically redirected to https://.
About SSL Adoption (period, etc.)
SSL adoption is handled within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
If requests surge, it may take more than one week.
The site will not stop during implementation. After setup completes, the URL automatically changes to https://~.
For SSL certificates, we use certification authorities selected by our company.
Free certification authorities (such as Let's Encrypt) cannot be used.
Impact on SEO (search ranking)
When SSL was introduced on our official site, SEO ranking was unaffected, but some sites may experience rank fluctuations.
We cannot guarantee that your site will avoid SEO impact in the same way.
Please apply only after understanding that rank fluctuation risk exists after SSL adoption.
About canceling the option after SSL adoption
Once SSL is introduced, canceling the option may negatively affect SEO, so we generally do not recommend cancellation.
However, continuation is not mandatory and can be canceled anytime; please contact support if you wish to cancel.
Notes on automatic redirection after SSL cancellation
When SSL is canceled, automatic redirection from "https://" to "http://" is configured, but when the certificate issued at SSL adoption expires (valid for 1 year), redirection may stop.
If cancellation timing overlaps with certificate renewal timing, considering search-engine transition time, an additional 1-month option fee may be required after confirmation/approval by the owner.
Refund policy after SSL adoption
After SSL adoption, if the option is canceled before expiry for customer-side reasons, already paid option fees are not refunded.
For customers with past template customization
If your site had admin additions or special customizations beyond normal usage, we may decline the SSL option.
We will try to introduce SSL even for customized sites, but because special procedures may be required, unexpected issues (e.g., partial display problems) may occur.
If such issues occur, we will address them as quickly as possible, but if unresolved, the SSL option may be canceled.
In that case, paid option fees will be refunded.
Interruption or termination of SSL service
This option may be interrupted without notice or terminated after a certain notice period due to company reasons. Even if users suffer disadvantage or damage due to introduction, suspension, termination, or content changes of this service, the company assumes no liability.
